We offer Wednesday afternoon art classes for 1st through 6th graders and 9 weeks of Art Camp during the Summers. For the adults, we offer classes during the Spring and Fall semesters. We also offer ongoing art groups such as Life Drawing, Photo Club, the Adobe Users Group, and Clay Club.

Fences: The purpose of a fence is to divide, contain, include, and exclude. Use these concepts to create artwork that explores the function of fences. Are fences always divisive or might they make good neighbors?

Our Summer Art Fair coincides with the Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo, held on the lawn of the picturesque Fuller Lodge. Our Fall Fair is an indoor venue with around 65 artists selling to those who have started their holiday shopping.

We Are Los Alamos, New Mexico’s Hub for Art!

The Fuller Lodge Art Center, nestled in the heart of downtown Los Alamos, is a multi-faceted hub for art and artists in the community. The Art Center was formed in 1977, branching off from the Los Alamos Arts Council and the Pajarito Art League. In July of 2010, Ken Nebel took over directorship and helped shape the Art Center into what it is today. Located in a wing of the historic Fuller Lodge, FLAC embraces its history but also looks forward to the future. With 2018’s exhibit schedule already set and a plethora of upcoming art classes for kids and adults, we’re bringing the future to Los Alamos right now. We would love for you to Join Us!

NOTE: Reservations for the historic Fuller Lodge are managed by Los Alamos County (not the Art Center). Please see the Los Alamos County website for details.
