Los Alamos Photography Club and Adobe Users Group

The Los Alamos Photography Club (LAPC) consists of two separate but related groups. The first, LAPC, has been around for 20+ years and is a forum for all things photography, especially digital photography, and for sharing photos and ideas. The second, Los Alamos Adobe Users Group (LAAUG), is newer and is specifically about post processing, generally with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Occasionally, we discuss other post processing tools, too. LAAUG meets the first Tuesday of most months and LAPC meets the third Tuesday of every month. Dues are $15 which cover both clubs. Some members choose to attend only one club, but most attend both.

LAPC sponsors an annual photo show that is open to all who live or work in Los Alamos County. LAPC also sponsors occasional workshops and field trips. For more information, visit their website. It will be updated soon to reflect the upcoming show in April of 2018. For recent news, future meeting schedules, and to receive notices, please join their Yahoo group, and look at the group’s homepage for announcements about upcoming events and meetings.

Date: 1st & 3rd Tuesday each month
Time: 7pm – 9pm at Fuller Lodge Art Center, in the upstairs classroom.
